My client is a well known, award winning company that helps individuals stop telemarketers from calling them on their landlines and mobile phones, and they are currently looking for a telecom customer service individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service representative, as my client offers an exciting and fast paced atmosphere. This role is a hybrid role, and pays from 26,000 to 30,000.
The position requires a high level of initiative and variety, so in addition to responding to customer support inquiries, you will also be handling sales inquiries, configuring my client's units, shipping units, testing units, managing projects with clients, and coordinating with my client's resellers. In order to identify telemarketers and other bothersome callers, you will also be analysing data that my client has collected.
You must feel at ease with technology and possess strong Excel skills.
You must be an excellent communicator who can pay attention to and comprehend the needs and difficulties of others.
When dealing with certain of my client's consumers who find it challenging to communicate, patience is a must.
Flexibility and the ability to multitask are required, and knowledge of supporting telecom products would be advantageous.
The role is highly proactive and varied, so as well as handling customer support queries you will be dealing with sales enquiries, Configuring my client's units, despatching units, you will also be testing units, managing projects with their customers, and liaising with their resellers.
In addition, you will be analysing data gathered by my client to monitor trends, and help identify nuisance and scam callers.
