User Researcher – Leeds – £70k + Benefits

Brio Digital are working with a new SaaS company who are based in Leeds city centre. 

The company build immersive digital conferencing platforms and have delivered 2 brand new products from the ground up in 18 months. They're working with modern technology and their products use the Unreal Engine to deliver at-scale 3D environments that clients can deploy quickly. The company is genuinely breaking new ground and many of the people that have gone to work there, have done so because of the highly-innovative nature of the environment.

We are looking for a User Researcher to join this fast-paced, Agile environment. You will lead all User Research activities so that the organisation can better understand user needs and behaviours.  You'll employ your own research methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data then use rapid prototyping to develop and test new ideas. You'll also use CX techniques to create seamless user journeys.

What do you need to bring;·.

Have been a Lead / Senior User Researcher in an innovative environment
Experience with rapid prototyping
Strong knowledge of CX metholdologies
Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Metaverse etc
Empirical research background
Experience of primary and secondary research

up to £70k salary
25 days annual leave
