UX Researcher

Up to £75,000 + benefits + hybrid working

35-hour working week, flexible start-finish times

We have an excellent opportunity for a UX Researcher to join a fast-paced digital blue-chip company that is looking to scale up its business-critical platform. You will provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that will aid in product definition and the achievement of business objectives.

You will develop the company's research facility while reporting to the Head of UX. You will work closely with the product and development teams, and you will own and manage the entire research process, including recruitment, planning, execution, analysis, and insight delivery.

Essential skills and experience:

Comprehensive understanding and application of user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability testing, contextual interviews, guerrilla research, remote testing, focus groups, and analytics.
Excellent presentation skills, as well as prior experience communicating user-centered research findings
Previous experience working in an agile environmentThe company's offices are in London/Hampshire, but it is possible to work from home three days per week.
