Adrem are supporting a leading architectural practice based in London with an opportunity for a Website Coordinator. Our client is looking for an individual who holds the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects, and to manage their time to meet immediate needs.
The Website Coordinator's main responsibility is to continually maintain and improve the practice's website, in addition to this they will be involved in:
Proactively leading the curation of the website – ensuring all pages, images, texts, links, and documents are up to date.
Scheduling and attending regular meetings with project lead to ensure project information is always up to date.
Acting quickly to correct errors in content or its display.
Carrying out regular, scheduled audits of website content.
Troubleshooting any emerging functionality issues promptly.
Managing the implementation process for any updates or larger projects.
Developing and delivering new ideas for website content, using analytics to inform it.
Developing/building new pages promptly, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Ensuring the website evolves in response to the changing needs of the business.
Providing regular analytics and progress reports to keep the senior team informed.The Website Coordinator is required to be:
Strategic and able to oversee and deliver projects.
A proficient writer and editor.
Experienced in using a CMS.
Confident in using social media.
Aware of technical and legal (GDPR) issues relating to digital communications.
