Job Description

Workday HRIS Analyst
City/Remote
£60K + Bonus + Benefits

Workday HRIS Analyst is required to join a buoyant financial services organisation based in the heart of the City (hybrid working). The ideal candidate will have experience embedding Workday as well as the ability to work closely with HR Leaders and other key stakeholders to help deliver critical projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Function as an expert for Workday administration – HR transactions, business process configuration, and design, including advising the HR team, managers, and employees in the proper use of the system

* Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes

* Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes

* Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR organisation structure in Workday

* Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems

* Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases

* Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems

* Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s

* Maintain the available employee guidance ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and fit for purpose

* Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday

* Provide support for ad hoc projects as required

* Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality and ensure compliance needs are met

* Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups

* Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.

Key Skills and Experience:

* Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking

* Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products

* An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”

* Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis

* Excellent HR experience and knowledge

* Client focused

* Collaborative and supportive

* Works with others to deliver results

* Communication and stakeholder management

* Ability to manage service standards
