X2 Service Desk Technicians
Location: South Hertfordshire
Package to £25k
OVERVIEW
Our Client is a focused IT value-added reseller. As an IT solutions provider, they deliver best-of-breed solutions, from hardware and software to networking, cloud, support services and deliver a first-class service and enjoy multi-vendor partnerships, awards and accolades. They are looking for x2 Service Desk Technicians to join them on a permanent basis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Dedicated Service Desk Technician, you'll be the central point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests.
You'll be working on a team of 1stand 2nd line support technicians and will be responsible for logging incidents, service requests and resolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands
Provide remote 1st line support on Microsoft 365, office applications, internal software
Provide end to end ticket management for tickets that are dealt with by other teams
Integrate into the customer's IT team and provide a quality service to all their staff
Potential for regular or ad-hoc travel to the customer site in LondonSKILLS & EXPERIENCE
6 months previous experience in a similar role
Well organised & able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills at all levels
A basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Office apps
Working knowledge of IT end user administration activities (new joiners, folder management, password resets etc.)
